Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

  • Proven experience in shipping and maintaining production-grade products.

  • Expertise in managing projects in DOD or classified environments.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills for diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of embedded systems, software-defined radios, RF signal processing, and cybersecurity.

  • Familiarity with machine learning and cloud-based technologies.

  • Experience conducting Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs) and Critical Design Reviews (CDRs).
